Terms of Service

Values are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices, and each shows when it was last updated.

• Pokémon card values are estimates derived from pokemontcg.io (TCGplayer market data). LEGO set values are estimates from BrickLink sold data. Prices are refreshed on a schedule, typically every few days, not in real time.
• Prices come from third parties and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. A price that is missing is shown as unavailable.
• Catalog prices are for raw cards. A graded copy is never priced from a raw quote.
• Values are not professional appraisals and are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check values yourself before you buy, sell or insure anything.

The PDF inventory report is a record of your collection and estimated values. It is not a professional appraisal, and insurer acceptance is not guaranteed. Ask your insurer what documentation it requires.

CardWorth does not handle payments between collectors and does not run a marketplace. Links to marketplaces such as eBay or TCGplayer are for convenience; we do not endorse or verify any listing or seller. You are responsible for your own trades and due diligence.

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old. (Owner: confirm the minimum age.)
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• We may suspend access for abuse, for attempts to get around plan limits, or for activity that threatens the service.
• Creating several accounts to avoid free-plan limits is not allowed.

What each plan includes today:

• Free: up to 50 Pokémon cards, 5 valuations per month, 5 decks and 5 active price alerts. LEGO box scans are free up to 10 per day. Accounts created before October 5, 2026 are not limited.
• Pro ($4.99/month or $49/year): no card, valuation, deck or alert limits, Pro includes 50 successful scans per rolling 30 days. Review every match before adding it., advanced analytics and a PDF inventory report. A $149 one-time Lifetime plan is also offered.
• Price alerts: Price alerts for Pokémon cards by in-app notification and email, checked about hourly against the latest price update. Free accounts can keep 5 active alerts; Pro is unlimited.

Plans and limits can change. We will update this page and the pricing pages when they do.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from Billing; a subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals and cannot be cancelled.
• CSV and JSON exports are free, including after you cancel.
• We will give notice in the app or by email before a price change applies to your renewal. Refund policy: to be confirmed by the owner before publication.

To change or cancel a plan, use Billing inside the app. For problems with a payment, email support@cardworth.app.

• You keep ownership of the collection data you add.
• You let us process it to run the service, for example to look up prices, show your collection and make backups.
• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Profile images are checked by an automated moderation service.

Price, catalog and image data come from third-party providers, described on the support page and in our privacy policy. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. Pokémon and LEGO are trademarks of their respective owners; CardWorth is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

CardWorth is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free. Features can change; notable changes appear in the release notes. We may update these terms, and continuing to use CardWorth after an update means you accept the new terms.
